Collaboration: it’s at the heart of what makes shared spaces so powerful, but how often do you find yourself wondering how to do it better?
In 2015, Denver Shared Spaces will host a curated series of four events focusing on cultivating collaboration. Join us as we explore collaboration, from defining it, exploring the skills and practices which foster it, and exploring what collaboration can look like-within shared spaces, across sectors and in the larger communities we serve.
The first session on March 18th, 4-6pm will set the tone for this year-long journey. We will explore the building blocks of collaboration through an interactive program. This session is structured to get you thinking, gather your insight, and provide ample opportunity to network with others in the shared space community.
Creative Strategist, Lydia Hooper will be recording this event in a live-drawn illustration that will visually capture our ideas and processes.
Arts and Venues Denver is hosting at their McNichols Civic Center Building. McNichols is a shared arts and culture space that will be undergoing another dramatic renovation later this year. Our agenda will include a tour and a peek into what we can expect in this historic overhaul.
Each Learning Community session is $15 when purchased individually or purchase a Series Subscription that includes all four sessions for $40. In addition to the content, admission include snacks, beer and wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
