From abandoned grocery store to innovation hub

Last year, Radian worked with Delta County School District to program an abandoned grocery store into a hub that would encourage innovation and engage students and residents.

The school district, in partnership with the Technical College of the Rockies, recently selected Radian to proceed with architectural design and construction drawings for the building and create an innovation center for community development in Delta. The space will house a medical training center, including classrooms, labs, meeting space, and assembly space.
